At this time Centered Counseling is only accepting one insurance carrier: Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Indiana.
For all other insurances: at the end of your session you can request a Superbill. This is an invoice that you can submit to your insurance carrier for out-of-network sessions and there is a possibility they may refund you a portion of the rate; this transaction is solely between you and your insurance carrier.
Cancellations that occur less than 24 hours before your scheduled session or missing your session will be assessed an $100.00 fee to your credit card on file.
